Consultation

I provide a free 15 minute consultative phone call for new clients. This provides you the opportunity to talk briefly about your goals for therapy and ask questions about my practice and my approach to determine if we are a good therapeutic fit.

Rates

• Initial Assessments: $200

• Individual 45 minute sessions(90834): $165

• Individual 55 minute sessions(90837): $180

• Kindly cancel any session 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours and/or no shows will be charged the full session fee.

Insurance

I am paneled with First Choice, Kaiser PPO, and Premera insurance. I bill in-network insurances directly, and you are responsible for your deductible, co-insurance or co-pay at time of service.

Many insurance plans reimburse for out-of-network providers. I can provide super-bills, which you can submit to your insurance after time of payment for reimbursement.
